    • Research on Optimization Methods for Predicting Phenotypes by Rapeseed Genes

    • “The research progress in rapeseed breeding was introduced, and relevant experts proposed a stacked model based on optimized support vector regression and multilayer perceptron. The fusion of recursive feature elimination and random forest feature selection methods was used to analyze and predict rapeseed gene data and six phenotypes, and the phenotype with the highest correlation with genotype was obtained, providing a new solution for improving rapeseed breeding efficiency.”
