1.The submission must be an academic manuscript that has not been published yet. Please do not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal. The manuscript should be written in accordance with the "Paper Template" format, edited in Word, with one-column layout.
2.All authors must ensure that their articles are legitimate, free of plagiarism, plagiarism, infringement, data falsification and other undesirable behaviors, and do not involve state secrets; the manuscript must cite the results of others and be listed as references; the journal does not accept translated manuscripts in any language. If the above-mentioned acts are found, the journal will not accept any more submissions from the first author. The authors are responsible for their own work and the journal will not be held jointly and severally liable.
3.The author should promise that the manuscript signature is not disputed. For articles signed by multiple authors or multiple units, the authors should guarantee that the content,order of the signatures and the content ,order of the units are not disputed. After submission, if you need to change, add or delete the signed author, unit content or order, the change application shall be sent to the mailbox(softwareguide@163.com) of the editorial department through the mailbox filled in during the registration of the submission system.
4. For papers funded by scientific research funds at or above the provincial or ministerial level, please indicate the name and number of the fund. If the relevant technology introduced in the paper has obtained patent or software copyright, please indicate the patent number and soft copy number.
5. Authors must indicate whether they are CCF members (senior members/members/student members, etc.) when submitting manuscripts, and if they are members, please indicate the membership number.If the first author is a CCF member/senior member/student member, he/she will receive 15% discount on page charges.
6.Electronic invoice (see acceptance email for details) and electronic acceptance notice are by default emailed to corresponding authors at the time of publication. If you need electronic invoice and electronic acceptance notice in advance, please contact the editorial office. The invoice should read: Editorial service fee.
7.The editorial office will edit and proofread the manucripts according to the relevant publication specifications, and has the right to edit, revise, and delete articles, and will arrange for some manuscripts to be revised back during the editing process. The editorial team reserves the right to return the manuscript if the authors refuse to reworked or the final manuscript still does not meet the specifications after several reworkings, and the author will be responsible for the consequences.
8.The journal has granted permission to major search data sources (CNKI, Wanfang, Vip, Longyuan, Bookan,Chaoxing, etc.) to digitally reproduce, compile, distribute, and disseminate the full text of this journal. All authors who submit articles to the journal for publication are deemed to have agreed to the above statement. If you have any objection, please state it at the time of submission, and the journal will deal with it as stated by the author.
9.If there is any change in the telephone number or communication information you fill in when registering, please log in the submission system to make changes in a timely manner so as not to affect the contact during the manuscript editing process and the mailing of sample issues.
10.Please make sure the manuscript is final before submission. After successful submission, the system will no longer accept the submitted manuscript for update, except for the manuscript that has been reviewed and returned for revision.
11.It is recommended to use NoteExpress software to standardize the reference format,It is a professional-level literature search and management system with literature information retrieval and download functions, which can be used to manage the bibliography of references; to manage the full text of references as attachments or files and documents in any format; and data mining functions to help quickly understand the latest developments in a research direction, the views of all parties, etc. NoteExpress can be used in editors (e.g. MS Word) to automatically format reference citations according to the requirements of each journal.
12.The journal has joined the OSID (Open Science Identity) Open Science Initiative. Newly submitted authors should register for the [OSID Author Assistant] tool account and choose one of the following registration methods (either one)
